The company primarily focuses on importing high-quality goods from China and delivering them directly to customers across Tanzania. AA Tanch Trading also provides product consultation and personalized ordering services to ensure client satisfaction and successful trade facilitation.
As part of their continued expansion, the company is now hiring four (4) Sales Officers to promote and manage sales for their Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) supply division.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell LPG products to individual and business customers in and around Arusha;
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
Implement and adapt various sales techniques to meet market demands;
Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service;
Generate sales reports and market insights to management;
Support logistics and delivery coordination where required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in LPG or related products;
Minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field;
Computer literacy and ability to use modern sales and reporting tools;
Valid Driving License (for both truck and tricycle) is a strong advantage;
Familiarity with a variety of sales strategies and customer engagement techniques;
Ability and willingness to work in Arusha.
