As a Technology Client Partner, you’ll play a critical role in driving Colt’s sales and technology strategy across some of our most strategic and high-profile engagements.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with senior commercial teams, technical experts, and external stakeholders to design and deliver tailored network and cybersecurity solutions that make a real impact on our clients’ operations.


🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Define and lead the end-to-end technology solution strategy across complex Network and Cybersecurity engagements.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, operations, and delivery teams to develop compelling and holistic proposals.
  • Act as a technology partner alongside the Commercial Client Partner, jointly driving sales strategies, negotiations, and client outcomes.
  • Work on high-value accounts to identify and nurture new business, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Be a subject matter expert in consultative technology sales — especially around networking, cybersecurity, and adjacent areas like cloud and unified communications.
  • Present and showcase technical solutions confidently during sales meetings and proposals.
  • Lead internal coordination between Colt teams to ensure cost-effective, scalable, and timely solution delivery.
  • Engage in contract negotiations, solution pricing decisions, and partnership development to ensure Colt’s competitive edge.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers, supporting retention and ongoing value delivery.
  • Support the sales organization in achieving regional booking and revenue targets through strategic bid support and tactical alignment.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will bring:

✅ Core Skills:

  • Strong knowledge in consultative selling, particularly within technology solutions.
  • Experience in account planning and management, including forecasting, pipeline development, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Deep understanding of client needs discovery and translating business challenges into technical solutions.
  • Confident interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across technical, commercial, and delivery functions.
  • Experience working with network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related IT services.
