Your Role: Staff Product Manager – Inventory Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the vision and strategy for managing inventory processes including ordering, counting, prepping, receiving, and transferring items.
- Collaborate across departments and vendors to ensure systems are streamlined and data is accessible across all levels—storefront, above-store, and home office.
- Utilize cutting-edge solutions, including machine learning, to enhance prep cycles and food safety protocols.
- Create comprehensive roadmaps and manage execution with clarity and transparency.

What We’re Looking For
We want an individual who brings expertise, creativity, and collaborative energy. Ideal candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management—experience in the restaurant or inventory sectors is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing vendors and leading teams in hybrid work environments.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer experience and operational efficiency.
Experience with QSR (quick-service restaurant), retail chains, or franchise-based business models is highly desirable.
