Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Pest Control Service Manager:
- Team Supervision: Manage and support a team of pest control technicians by assigning service calls, tracking their performance, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently.
- Customer Service: Communicate with clients to understand their pest issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Training & Development: Assist in onboarding and training of new employees in pest identification, pesticide safety, and client interaction.
- Inventory Control: Manage pest control supplies, equipment, and pesticide inventory, ensuring proper storage and usage records.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service logs, inspection reports, and client records for internal review and external compliance checks.
- Quality Control: Conduct periodic audits and follow-ups on completed jobs to ensure consistency in service quality.
