What We’re Looking For – Qualifications & Requirements
To become a part of Feza’s dynamic teaching faculty, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- At least three years of classroom experience (preferably in international schools)
- Strong command of the Cambridge Curriculum (IGCSE/AS/A-Level), particularly for secondary school roles
- Effective classroom management and student engagement skills
- Passion for education and a desire to contribute to a holistic learning environment
