Are you passionate about working with children and leading dynamic educational teams? A leading organization in the education sector is currently looking for a Summer Camp Director to manage a full-time day camp in Girona during the month of July.
As the Camp Director, you’ll be responsible for organizing the summer program, leading a team of counselors, managing activities, and ensuring a safe and enriching experience for children — especially those under 6 years old.
🗓 Schedule:
- Dates: Entire month of July
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Contract Type: Full-time temporary contract (1 month)
🧑💼 Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, organize, and motivate the summer camp team.
- Hold team meetings and training sessions.
- Communicate and coordinate with parents and families.
- Oversee daily camp operations and ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and safe environment for young children.

- Minimum Experience: At least 2 years working with children, preferably under age 6.
- Required Certification: Valid Leisure Director certificate (Título de Director/a de Lleure).
- Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Catalan (spoken and written at C1 level).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Friendly, responsible, and team-oriented personality.
